Eagletalon turned half-around. "You think we'd attack after we just saved each other's lives?How stupid do you think we are?" he said, then continued on his way, praying fervently to the Tribe of Life that no harm would come to Risingfind.

[snowstorm]

Risingfind growled.
"My deputy knew she was on the cliffs when the rockslide occured he came to save her and got harmed in the process." she said glaring at him backing slowly, she cast a look over her shoulder to make Eagletalon and Stareyes move on. Then she kept her focus on Slashingtalon.

[Mike]

Eagletalon was still moving away, but his ears were turned slightly to hear what was going on. What do I do if he attacks her?

[snowstorm]

Risingfind was in a complete defending position, this cyote wasn't getting past her.
"Just turn and leave and we shall do the same."

[Mike]

Please don't let her something provocative he thought fervently, following orders to keep moving down the cliffs. His leg was extremely painful. Eagletalon gasped slightly as he brushed it against a rock.

[Dogsrock!!]

Slashingtalon leaped from behind the boulder, bowling over the white wolf. He leaned in, so close she could feel his breath, his paws planted firmly on her chest. "Get off my territory, and you may live till tomorrow," he growled, his eyes filled with hatred. Petalpage peeked her head around, but one stiff movement of her tail and she quickly whipped her head back out of sight. Slashingtalon had noticed the injured wolf in the party, but why should he care? It wasn't his fault is they got hurt scaling the cliffs."This is your last warning."

[Mike]

Eagletalon froze and turned around. He looked up the cliffs. "That is the last time I help them." he said, eyes narrowed in anger.

[snowstorm]

Risingfind shoved him off and growled.
"If your looking for a fight ill give you one." she growled tackling him making him hit the back of his head off a rock.
"Stareyes get Eagletalon out of here!" she howled.

[Dogsrock!!]

Slashingtalon lunged his gaping jaws for her throat, latching on tightly as he raked his paws along her side. A thin trickle of warm blood ran down his forehead from the blow, but he continued attacking as Petalpage watched horrified from the opening. She wanted to rush out and help, but she knew what the knight would tell her; Get back,you mongrel!!! Do you want to get yourself killed?! GET BACK!!! She shivered at the thought, ducking back in the cavern as the sound of battle rushed back to her. Slashingtalon, now on his feet, maintained his grip, lashing his paws at her back as he attempted to wrstle her to the ground. He would fight to the death if he had to, not just for this scrawny page but for his tribe too. "You may have three chances, but I don't care, as I'd think wisely before trying to waste them."

Eagletalon's eyes misted over in anger. Completely ignoring all else, including his leg, he climbed back up the cliff. Standing there, hackles raised, he snarled and leaped at the coyote. He hit him hard in the side, knocking him off of Risingfind. He shot her a loving look as he ignored the pain lancing through his leg. "Stay away from her." snarled Eagletalon. "I just saved your little friend's life and this is how you thank us? I never knew that your tribe was so barbaric."

[snowstorm]

Risingfind shook off the attack. She stared at Eagletalon then got infront of him.
"Fall back Eagletalon." she ordered, trying not to sound too commanding.

[Mike]

"I just left and he attacked you. I'm not leaving you again. Even if my leg's broken, I will fight."

[Mystic]

Stareyes ran up the cliffs swiftly, carefully placing each paw. "This needs to stop," she told Slashingtalon and stepped between her leader's and the coyotes. "Do you want to get killed after you fall off the cliff? We were leaving and yet you attack us...Shall I speak to your leader?" She knew she could since seers were allowed to pass through unharmed into a territory.

[Mike]

Eagletalon collapsed. The pain and exertion ghad proved too much and he had lost consciousness, slipping deep into a blissful sleep.

[Mystic]

Stareyes saw him fall out of the corner of her eye. Good, now he won't cause himself anymore pain. I'll have to tend to him later, she thought to herself and stayed where she was, waiting for Slashingtalon's reply.

[Dogsrock!!]

Prtalpage heard the battle stop, but she didnt dare even peek her head out. She shivered, even though it wasn't a paticulary cold day, and shut her eyes tightly. Scooting to the back of the cleft until i was too narrow even for her, she schrunched herself up, never wanting to come out again.

Slashingtalon scrambled up angrily. Good he was asleep now,the brute. That's the only place he even deserved to be. "Apparently, not ALL of you was," he snapped, glaring at Risinfind as if he'd like to tear her up."Your so-called leader decided she could challenge me on MY territory. Which you shouldn't be on anyways!" He snapped his head back at Stareyes. "So I'd suggest you leave as soon as you can get that rag-" he shoved a paw in Eagletalon's fur, pushing him away-"across the border." His voice was filled with complete hatred for these animals. They didn't even deserve to be called animals.Beasts, that term worked a little better.

[Mystic]

Stareyes snapped her jaws at him. "How dare you insult my leader and her mate!"

[Mike]

The paw had woken Eagletalon. Rather than staand up, he remained on the ground. "Your every word is an insult to your Tribe. If I were you, I'd shut up before the ones that saved your friend decide to rethink their decision."

[snowstorm]

Risingfind completely lost her temper.
"Thats it, you attacked me, when I was just protecting those in my tribe, and you dare to say I attacked you!" she growled. "Your lucky I don't take your fur off right here." she snapped at him, ready to jump but struggling to control herself.

Eeagletalon watched, unafraid for his own life. The coyote could kill him a hundred times for all he cared, as long as Risingfind was safe.
