Alphasmoke stuck his head into the camp clearing, seeing if Raven or the other new dog were there. What about Sparky? He sniffed the air hopefully, but that kind banished instantly. No, still no sign. "Either of you want to come and explore with me?" he asked, wagging his tail.

Raven, looked up.
"Sure", she said as she pushed herself up. Everything was great, the air was clean, hunting good and raven was starting to really get to know this place.
"Where to?", she asked padding up to Alphasmoke.

Miroku (did is say that right?} didn't seem to be there, so Alphasmoke stuck his head back out. "I don't know, he said, sniffing the air. "Let's go this way!" He bounded off, right in the direction of the forest's heart.

Aran was prowling though the heart of the forest, looking for a bite to eat. Now and again she looked around and sniffed the air, checking to make sure no one was close by. She wasn't sure if she was in anyone's territory, for she couldn't smell any other's scent.

Alphasmoke forged ahead, before an odd smell reached his nose. Padding out of the bushes, he noticed a fox strolling along. "Hello!" he barked, bounding over. "What are you doing here?"

Aran jumped, startled by the sudden appearance of the wolf. "I'm looking for some prey." She said quietly. "Is this someone's territory? If it is, then i will leave."

"Nono, you can stay," he offered, wagging his tail. "I'm Alphasmoke and that's Raven, from the Delfi Pack. Wr were just wandering through this part-do you live here?"

Aran shook her head. "No i don't." She stopped short as she heard the scampering of a field mouse. "Quite sorry little one, but you're going to die." She leaped and pounced on the rodent, snapping its neck. "Delfi Pack?" She asked. "Where is your territory?"

"None really, though our camp is back nearer the edge." He nodded at her catch. "Sorry if you feel we're intruding, we were only staying for a few months." He ruffled his fur a bit at the cold, though the trees were so thick here the wind couldn't pass through at all. "Do you know of anything up ahead, par chance?"

"Exploring," he said simply, before padding on, the spark back in his eyes. The forest was growing so thick, you could hardly put one paw infront of the other. He glanced back to make sure Raven was still there, and spotted Aran in the distance. "You can come if you want!" he howled behind him, before padding carefully along.

Aran sighed and ran up to him, looking around. "Exploring?" She asked. She looked carefully around, making sure that there were no unfriendly creatures about. "Well, I cant help you there." She looked around, then spotted a small shrub. "Silver-leaf!" She shouted. "I really need that stuff!" She ran over and gently dug it up with her paws. "This stuff is really good for poisons."
